Nizwa Fort
Standing tall among Oman’s ancient architectural marvels is the Nizwa Fort. Unique for its colossal circular shape, this fort is an impressive 24 meters in height and 43 meters in outer diameter. Seven wells and multiple openings were strategically placed to protect the fortress and its city from invaders. Inside, different chambers served as prisons, where judgment and execution took place.
Falaj Daris
